On February 28, 2023, DatChat, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will be launching AI-powered pets in the metaverse through its subsidiary Habytat. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
On March 2, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing it had purchased 350,757 shares of common stock at an average price of $0.6593 per share as of February 28, 2023 through the Company’s share repurchase program. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
