With the August 7, 2023 filing of NewtekOne, Inc.'s ("NewtekOne" or the "Company") Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2023, the Company has updated the following NewtekOne financial holding company capital ratios contained in the Company’s earnings release dated August 2, 2023 (the "Press Release") and furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed August 2, 2023, as follows, “Total risk-based capital ratio was 15.1% at June 30, 2023" and "Tier-1 leverage ratio was 10.5% at June 30, 2023."
