On June 26, 2023, NewtekOne, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has joined the broad-market Russell 3000® Index and the small-cap Russell 2000® Index following the conclusion of the 2023 Russell indexes annual reconstitution, effective upon the June 26, 2023 US market open. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
