Item 8.01 Other Events

As of this filing My City Builder, Inc.’s (the “Company”) SIC designation with the Securities and Exchange Commission has been corrected from SIC number 1400 (Mining, Quarrying of Nonmetallic Minerals) to SIC number 6500 (Office of Real Estate & Construction – Real Estate).

Since the acquisition of our wholly-owned subsidiary, RAC Real Estate Acquisition Corp, the Company’s business plan has been to buy real estate property for the construction and renovation of low income housing and thereafter to sell or rent those properties.
