ITEM 7.01			REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

On June 29, 2020, Capri Holdings Limited (the "Company") issued a press release providing an update on its financial guidance. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein. In addition, as previously announced, the Company will host a Virtual Investor Day on June 29, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Management will present an overview of the Company’s vision, growth strategies and long-term outlook along with an opportunity for a question and answer session following the presentation. The Virtual Investor Day will be webcast live on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.capriholdings.com. Presentation materials will be made accessible during the event and will be archived on the website following the conclusion of the presentation along with a transcript. A replay of the event will be made accessible on the website shortly after completion of the event.
