Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 27, 2023, Brett Shirk, Chief Revenue Officer of Fastly, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation effective December 1, 2023 to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Shirk’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
