On January 27, 2025, Mullen Automotive Inc. (the “Company”) received formal notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) confirming that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires the timely filing of all required periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The Company filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2024 with the SEC on January 24, 2025. The Company is now in full compliance with Nasdaq’s continued listing requirements and will continue to be listed and traded on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
