Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On Mach 21, 2023, we issued a press release announcing that our Board of Directors has authorized a new stock repurchase program. Our Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $5,000,000 of our outstanding common stock, par value $0.001 per share. This program will commence immediately and is expected to be completed over the next 36 months.
