Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 12, 2021, Robert I. Usdan advised Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp. (the “Company”) that he was resigning as a director of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Usdan had no disagreement with the Company’s management, operations, policies or procedures that led to his resignation.
