On December 9, 2009, SSGI, Inc. (“SSGI”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that its Form S-1 Registration Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) has become effective and SSGI is now a fully-reporting company with the SEC.  Furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the Press Release.
