On July 26, 2023, TPI Composites, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release providing preliminary estimated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, updating its guidance for the year ending December 31, 2023, and providing a general business update.  The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
