On July 22, 2021, TPI Composites, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release updating its guidance for the year ending December 31, 2021, and providing preliminary estimated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 and providing a general business update. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
