On February 29, 2024, Francis Tanaka, Age 78, a director of Territorial Bancorp Inc. (the “Company”) and Territorial Savings Bank (the “Bank”), the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, notified the Company and the Bank that he was retiring, effective immediately, due to health concerns.

Other Events
In connection with Mr. Tanaka’s retirement, on March 7, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Howard Ikeda to the Company’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, effective immediately.
