EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A (this “Amendment No. 1”) amends Item 9.01, Exhibit 99.1 - "Inspector of Elections - January 2024 Inspector of Election Final Report", of Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc.'s Current Report on Form 8-K originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 6, 2025. This Amendment No. 1 amends and updates the "Certificate of Inspector of Election" which aligns with statements originally filed relative to the final voting results of Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. (the "Company") tabulated by the Company's independent Inspector of Election, American Election Services, LLC.
