Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition of Disposition of Assets.
On February 10, 2020, the Company, through an indirect subsidiary, sold most of the retail property located in Hesperia, California (“Topaz Marketplace”) to an unrelated third party for approximately $10.5 million. The proceeds were used to pay down the Amended and Restated Credit Facility in its entirety.
The Amended and Restated Credit Facility will expire of its own accord on February 15, 2020.
