Other Information.

On December 14, 2023, Aadi Bioscience, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (“Press Release”) announcing results from an interim analysis on the first third of participants in the ongoing tumor-agnostic PRECISION1 trial evaluating nab-sirolimus in patients with TSC1/TSC2 inactivating alterations. As part of the Press Release, the Company announced that it would be hosting a conference call and webcast at 5:00 p.m. ET on December 14, 2023 (“Webcast”) to discuss the interim results from the PRECISION1 trial.

The Press Release and the corporate presentation to be used in connection with the Webcast are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
