On March 20, 2020, Odus E. Wittenburg, Jr. provided notice to Q2 Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") of his intent to resign his position as Executive Vice President, Customer Experience of the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries, effective April 3, 2020.
