(e) On February 11, 2021, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Calix, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase to the annual base salary of Michael Weening, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, and an increase to the annual base salary and target cash incentive for Cory Sindelar, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, as set forth in the table below:
