Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 17, 2022, KKR & Co. Inc., Mitsubishi Corporation (“Mitsubishi”) and UBS Group and UBS AG  issued a joint press release, announcing the signing of a strategic transaction by 76KK, an indirect subsidiary of KKR & Co. Inc., which is acquiring all of the outstanding shares of Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc. from Mitsubishi and UBS Asset Management in an all-cash transaction valued at JPY 230 billion (US$2 billion) (the “Acquisition”).
 
A copy of the press release announcing the Acquisition is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
