On September 28, 2021, Alphatec Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a business update on its expected third quarter 2021 revenue results due to the impact of COVID-19.

A copy of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
