On April 21, 2022, DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. (“DIRTT” or the “Company”) issued a press release containing, among other things, a preliminary discussion regarding the Company’s anticipated revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2022, revenue guidance for the three months ending June 30, 2022 and revised revenue guidance for the year ending December 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
