Explanatory Note

This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is being filed as an amendment (“Amendment No. 1”) to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by PotlatchDeltic Corporation (the “Company”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 28, 2023 (the “Original Form 8-K”) solely to correct information shown on slide 24 of the investor presentation materials (“Investor Presentation”) furnished as Exhibit 99.1 thereto. Slide 24 has been corrected in the attached Exhibit 99.1 to this Amendment No. 1. No other changes have been made to the Original Form 8-K.
