An updated copy of the investor presentation materials, revised to correct the aforementioned typographical errors to refer to “EPS” instead of “Adjusted EPS” on pages 23, 24, 81, 83, and 87 and to clarify that EPS includes amortization of intangibles, has been posted on the Company’s website at investors.bldr.com and is also attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Amendment and incorporated herein by reference.
