Events
On
January 5, 2021, Pharma-Bio Serv, Inc. issued a press release
announcing the appointment of Kirk Michel as Chairman of the Board
of Directors and announcing that its Board of Directors has
declared a cash dividend of $0.075 per share. The dividend is
payable on or about February 5, 2021 to shareholders of record at
the close of business on January 25, 2021.

current report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by
reference.
