Events
On
October 28, 2019, Pharma-Bio Serv, Inc. issued a press release
announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend
of $0.075 per share. The dividend is payable on or about November
15, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on
November 4, 2019.
