Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 13, 2024, Parks! America, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release (the “News Release”) reporting information regarding its results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2023, and its financial condition as of December 31, 2023. A copy of the News Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
