Other Events.

On June 30, 2021, Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Rylaze^TM (asparaginase erwinia chrysanthemi (recombinant)-rywn) for use as a component of a multi-agent chemotherapeutic regimen for the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma in adult and pediatric patients one month and older who have developed hypersensitivity to E. coli-derived asparaginase. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
