The resignation of Mr Svalberg was for personal reasons and to allow him to pursue other interests. Mr Svalberg has indicated a willingness to provide consulting advice to the Board on US matters and this will be pursued in the near future. The company is currently examining its options in relation to an appointment of a replacement Director.
