Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) inadvertently did not timely file a Form 8-K for the press release dated November 15, 2021 related to its financial and operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
The Company also hosted a live conference call and webcast on November 15, 2021 to discuss its financial and operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. A transcript of the conference call is being furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Report on Form 8-K.
There are no revisions to the operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 that were presented in the press release and conference call on November 15, 2021.
