Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 23 2021, Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had been notified of an unsolicited “mini-tender” offer by TRC Capital Investment Corporation to purchase up to 1,000,000 shares of the Company’s outstanding common stock, and that the Company recommends that shareholders reject the offer.
