Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On December 1, 2021, Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the sale of its solar products business to BayWa r.e. Solar Systems LLC. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On December 1, 2021, management of the Company will make a presentation at the Stephens Inc. Annual Investment Conference, at which it is expected they will discuss, among other things, additional detail about the solar products business and updates on the progress toward the earnings guidance provided on the Beacon Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2021 Earnings Call. A copy of the presentation slides is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
