ITEM 8.01 — Other Events.
On February 24, 2025, Insmed Incorporated (the “Company”) announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) does not currently plan to
hold an advisory committee meeting to discuss the Company’s New Drug Application (“NDA”) for brensocatib for patients with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis. The FDA previously granted the Company’s request for priority review and set a target
action date of August 12, 2025 under the Prescription Drug User Fee Act.
ITEM 7.01 — Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 24, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing that the FDA does not currently plan to hold an advisory committee meeting to discuss
the Company’s NDA for brensocatib for patients with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
