On March 31, 2025, Corcept Therapeutics Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that ROSELLA, the Company’s pivotal Phase 3 trial of relacorilant plus nab-paclitaxel in patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, met its primary endpoint of improved progression-free survival, as assessed by blinded independent central review (PFS-BICR). The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
