On November 4, 2024, CervoMed Inc. issued a press release announcing key takeaways from two oral presentations characterizing the potential of neflamapimod as a treatment for patients with dementia with Lewy bodies that were presented at the Clinical Trials on Alzheimer’s Disease Conference. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
