Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 30, 2019, Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (the “Company”) announced that it has named Mihir Shah and Yishai Lerner to be the Co-CEOs of JLL Technologies, a newly created business division encompassing the Company’s technology and digital initiatives (“JLL Technologies”), effective October 1, 2019. Mr. Shah and Mr. Lerner each will report to Christian Ulbrich, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and join the firm’s Global Executive Board.
The full text of the press release announcing the creation of JLL Technologies and the appointment of Mr. Shah and Mr. Lerner is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
