RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
 
On July 30, 2019, Ralph Lauren Corporation (the “Company”) reported its results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended June 29, 2019.  A copy of the press release issued by the Company concerning the foregoing is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
