On April 5, 2024, the Board of Directors of Core Molding Technologies, Inc. approved a form Performance Restricted Stock Award Agreement and a form Restricted Stock Agreement for use in connection with its 2021 Long-Term Equity Incentive Plan. The form Performance Restricted Stock Award Agreement and form Restricted Stock Agreement are attached as Exhibit 10.1 and Exhibit 10.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated in this Item 5.02 by reference. Such forms may be used in connection with grants to eligible participants in the 2021 Long-Term Equity Incentive Plan, as amended.
