| 1. | John V. Miller will retire from Nuveen on June 1, 2023. He will continue to serve as a portfolio manager of the Funds until that time. Paul L. Brennan has been named a portfolio manager of Nuveen All-American Municipal Bond Fund. Daniel J. Close and Stephen J. Candido have each been named a portfolio manager of Nuveen High Yield Municipal Bond Fund and Nuveen Strategic Municipal Opportunities Fund. Mr. Candido has also been named a portfolio manager of Nuveen Short Duration High Yield Municipal Bond Fund. Timothy T. Ryan will continue to serve as a portfolio manager of Nuveen All-American Municipal Bond Fund, Nuveen Short Duration High Yield Municipal Bond Fund and Nuveen Strategic Municipal Opportunities Fund. Steven M. Hlavin will continue to serve as a portfolio manager of Nuveen Short Duration High Yield Municipal Bond Fund. |
