On November 20, 2020, Universal Electronics Inc. ("UEI") issued a press release announcing the launch of its Apple TV remote control for Multichannel Video Program Distributors (MVPDs). A copy of UEI's press release is attached as Exhibit 99 and incorporated by reference.
