Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On Monday, January 13, 2025, Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (the “Company”) management is scheduled to host a fireside chat at the 2025 ICR Conference in Orlando, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, during which the Company will provide an update on the business. The Company also has issued a news release (the “Release”) announcing its holiday sales results and providing an update on the Company’s previous outlook for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024 and the 2024 fiscal year ending February 1, 2025. A copy of the Release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
