On March 28, 2024, Jefferies Credit Partners BDC Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) declared a distribution for its shares of common stock, par value $0.001 (the “Shares”), in the amount of $0.1295 per Share. The distribution is payable on April 5, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 28, 2024. The distribution will be paid in cash.
