Item 1.01 | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On February 26, 2021, the registrants subsidiary Array Tech, Inc. (f/k/a Array Technologies, Inc.), a New Mexico corporation, executed that certain Incremental Facility Amendment No. 2 (the Second Amendment) to its credit agreement entered into on October 14, 2020, with Goldman Sachs Bank USA, as administrative agent and collateral agent, and certain other lenders from time to time party thereto (the Credit Agreement). The Second Amendment increases the revolving credit commitments under the original Credit Agreement by $50,000,000 from $150,000,000 to $200,000,000.
