Item 5.02 – Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On October 2, 2019, Dropbox, Inc. (“Dropbox”) announced that Bharat Mediratta will join Dropbox as its Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Platform and Timothy Young will join Dropbox as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Core Dropbox, effective October 22, 2019. Dropbox also announced on October 2, 2019, that Quentin Clark has decided to step down as Chief Technology Officer, effective October 22, 2019. Mr. Clark will remain at Dropbox to help with the transition until January 3, 2020.
