(b) On August 21, 2024, the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (“FHLBNY”) was informed by FHLBNY Independent Director Danelle Barrett that she would, for health reasons, be resigning from the FHLBNY’s Board of Directors effective as of the close of FHLBNY business on August 21, 2024.
