Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 30, 2022, Salesforce, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Bret Taylor has given notice that he will resign from his position as the Company’s Co-CEO and Vice Chair of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective as of January 31, 2023. Marc Benioff, Co-CEO and Chair of the Board, and Mr. Taylor, Co-CEO and Vice Chair of the Board, will continue to serve in their respective roles through that date. Thereafter, Mr. Benioff will serve as the Company’s CEO and Chair of the Board.
