The Reporting Persons undertake to provide Verisign, Inc. ("Verisign"), any security holder of Verisign, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in footnote 1 to this Form 4. |
2. 7,920,402 of the total reported securities are owned as of December 24, 2024 by the following subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. ("Berkshire"): Government Employees Insurance Company (7,920,402). As Berkshire is in the chain of ownership of the subsidiary, it may be deemed presently to both beneficially own and have a pecuniary interest in all shares presently directly owned by the subsidiary. Warren E. Buffett, as the controlling stockholder of Berkshire, may be deemed presently to beneficially own, but only to the extent he has a pecuniary interest in, the shares presently owned by the subsidiary.
