(a)     Kenvue Inc. (the Company) held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 22, 2025. For more information on the following proposals, see the Company’s proxy statement for the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 9, 2025 (the 2025 Proxy Statement).

(b)     The final voting results of the matters presented at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders are set forth below.

1.    Proposal 1 — Election of Directors.
