Q2 2024 Executive Summary MARKET COMMENTARY Deal flow continued to pick up in the second quarter of 2024 as sponsored direct lending volumes reached recent highs, driven by strong refinancing, recapitalization, and M&A activity Competition in the current market has led to spread tightening, however, spreads and credit protections in the core middle market where we operate have faced less pressure relative to larger, up-market borrowers BUSINESS UPDATES Total investments based on fair value were approximately $369 million as of June 30, 2024 The fund initiated a capital call during the second quarter for an additional $15 million, resulting in approximately 78% (1) of cumulative capital commitments called as of June 30, 2024 We declared a dividend of $0.55 per share for Q2 2024, which equates to an annualized net yield of approximately 10.4% (2) CSL III has entered into a definitive merger agreement with CGBD with a target closing date of Ql’25 ?
